Kelly Pearson

Kelly, a proud Nanda woman from Maya Country of the Yamatji Nation, with kinship ties to the Whadjuk peoples of the Noongar Nation. Born and raised on Whadjuk Boodjar, she honours her grandfather Len Ogilvie (dec.), a Stolen Generations survivor, whose legacy inspires her values and cultural pride. Professionally, Kelly is an accomplished procurement and operations specialist with extensive experience across public and private sectors. She excels in complex procurement environments and stakeholder engagement. Kelly is a passionate advocate for Aboriginal empowerment, bringing cultural integrity and lived experience to every role. She actively contributes to reconciliation through RAP committees in education, offering strategic and cultural leadership.

Beyond work, Kelly supports grassroots initiatives that uplift Aboriginal youth, promote education, and foster economic participation. Her leadership bridges cultural knowledge with modern business practices, driven by purpose and community.

Nicholas Pearson

Nicholas is a high-impact business leader with deep expertise across Defence infrastructure. He holds many qualifications including a Diploma in Construction and relevant security clearance.

Known for driving operational excellence, strategic growth, and cultural transformation, he has led multimillion-dollar portfolios and high-performing teams.

His leadership is defined by a zero-harm safety culture, strong Indigenous engagement, and a hands-on approach to delivering complex services and socially responsible initiatives.

Nicholas holds vast relationships across Australia with trusted partners and client bases garnered from a fifteen-year career with Defence Industry that deliver strategic capability delivery and operational execution.
